Donations should not be banned!
Yes or No?
The Subject is really HOT.
It is a general openion that donations for the educational institutions
should be banned. Interestingly another arguement is that, donations
should not be banned. If so, lakhs of students
will go without education and the situation will
worsen! Instead,
to control the donation menace
a seeling may be fixed by the government - is another arguement.
